Pre-order policy

 1. Delivery time of pre-ordered products

The shipping time of all pre-ordered products is indicated on the detail page of the product link.

 

2. If your order contains both pre-order and off-the-shelf products

We will wait until the shipment period of the pre-ordered product and then ship the entire order together, rather than splitting it into two packages and shipping them separately at different times.

 

3. If your order has pre-orders with different shipping times

We will wait until the delivery time of the latest pre-ordered product and then ship the whole order together, rather than sending it in multiple parcels at different time periods. In the face of the above two cases, we suggest you choose the same delivery channel to place an order, and when you need products from multiple delivery channels, place an order in multiple orders.

 

4. Cancellation of pre-order

All pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge within 7 days after the order was placed (provided that the pre-order time has not expired), after this time or after the end of the pre-order period, we will charge a fee of 30% of the total amount to cover the cost of restocking and return.

 

5. Refund of return of pre-purchase order

After the pre-order period ends, we only accept a full refund for product quality problems once shipment starts. Pre-orders are no longer cancelable unless the product is out of stock. For all quality problems, please attach the unpacking video. If there is no unpacking video, we will not refund.

 

6. Replacement of pre-purchase orders

Due to the high freight and long transit time of international transportation, we do not accept exchange. If there is a quality problem or the goods are out of stock, please attach the unpacking video, we will handle a refund for you

7. Exceptions/non-returnable goods

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized goods (such as special orders or personalized goods), and personal care goods (such as beauty goods). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your particular item, please contact us.

 

8. Inadmissible after-sales problems

In the face of small defects caused by the transportation process, such as packaging damage, partial bending, paper curling and other small defects, we will not deal with after-sales problems, or in the face of some conventional process defects, we will not deal with after-sales problems.

The conventional process problem problem is as follows:

  1. Paper products
    1) There may be small spots, stains, ink splashes, dots, scratches, and other slight defects due to the printing process.
    2) There may be slight bends and wrinkles in the paper.
    3) Printing color can vary from product to product.

    2. Foil Printing
    1) There may be slight feathering, color changes, scuffing, peeling and unsharp edges.

    3. Transparent Photocards (PET film)
    1) There may be some scratches, spots, cuts, marks, and etc on the surface.

    4. Acrylic Products
    1) Please peel off the protective film on the both sides of the products before use.
       The scratches, marks, and wrinkles on the film are not defective.
       (You can peel off the film with your finger nails starting from the edge of the product.)
    2) Printing color can vary from product to product.
    3) There may be slight scratches, spots, ink splashes, dots, air bubbles, and other slight defects due to the manufacturing process.
       Also, there may be slight scratches or cracks on the cutting surface.
    4) In the case of epoxy covered acyrlics, there may be some air bubbles, flow marks, and overflow over the edges, and etc.

    5. Metal Products
    1) There may be slight dusts, spots, scratches and marks on the surface.
       In the case of epoxy covered acrylics, there may be some air bubbles, flow marks, and overflow over the edges, and etc.
    2) There may be some hair-lines on the surface due to the manufacturing process.

    6. Ceramics and Glassware 
    1) There may be some air bubbles, flow marks, marks, spots, hair-lines, irregularities, and etc. on the surface due to the manufacturing process.

    7. Stuffed Animals/Dolls
    1) Sewing, embroidery, print color, etc. may vary from product to product.
    2) The size of the product may vary depending on the measurement method.
    3) Keep away from firearms and high temperature objects.
    4) Please note that the machine wash can damage the fabric or the stuff.

    8. Others
    1)  Please note that we do not offer exchange or refund in the case of damaged or defective packaging such as packaging box, insert paper card, etc.
