B2B Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Welcome to SUNGSINSA's wholesale program. These terms apply to all B2B and wholesale customers purchasing Korean beauty products through our platform.


1. How to Apply

To apply for a wholesale account, please contact us at service@sungsinsa.com with the following:

  • Business name and registration number
  • Country of operation
  • Estimated monthly order volume

We will respond within 3–5 business days.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • Minimum order value: USD $300 per order,Or more than 20 pieces of a product are purchased at a time
  • Some brands or product lines may have individual MOQ requirements
  • MOQ may be adjusted based on partnership tier and order history

3. Pricing & Discounts

  • Wholesale pricing is available upon account approval
  • Discounts are tiered based on order volume — contact us for a custom quote
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice
  • Promotional retail discounts do not apply to wholesale orders

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, When placing your first order, we recommend that you place your order on the website or directly through shopify's shop channel.
  • Extended payment terms may be available for established partners upon request and mutual agreement
  • For some countries and regions, our prices do not include tax. Please contact us by email for more details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from South Korea via international courier 
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for large orders
  • Delivery times vary by destination — typically 5–14 business days
  • SUNGSINSA is not responsible for customs delays beyond our control
  • The buyer is responsible for all import duties and customs clearance in their country

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Wholesale orders are generally non-returnable except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products
  • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence
  • Approved claims will be resolved through replacement, store credit, or refund at SUNGSINSA's discretion
  • Returns due to change of mind or unsold inventory are not accepted
  • Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable local law

7. Account Termination

SUNGSINSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account that materially violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes reputational harm to the brand. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice where possible.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties may seek mediation or other appropriate legal remedies available in their respective jurisdictions. These terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted international commercial practices.
