Ingredients

Usage Instructions

Use once daily in the morning and evening. Apply approximately 1-1.5 cm of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Using the Bass brushing technique, position the bristles at a 45-degree angle toward the gum line. Gently vibrate the brush horizontally in short strokes, with each vibration measuring 1-2 mm. Clean the labial/buccal surfaces, lingual/palatal surfaces, and occlusal surfaces sequentially. Spend at least 30 seconds brushing each area. Total brushing time should exceed 3 minutes.
